What is fear and is is always a negative emotion?
Fear is an emotion, a state of being that can stop a person dead in their tracks. It is the negative ego or the part of the personality that is insecure, has an insecure sense of self as well as is a limiting state of being.
Fear comes up when one lacks faith and trust in their own divine right and abilities and if not worked through thoroughly one will never be able to achieve the blessings that life has to offer that individual.
Fear can be a useful emotion when it comes to survival. It may be what holds one back when there is danger nearby. The key is to move through the fear with understanding the triggers and being open to solutions or applications that one may not be familiar with.
Where do they come from? There are many sources that your fears may be a result of.
Here are some examples:
- Past life experience
- Upbringing, being passed down from parents
- Trauma
- Low self-esteem
- Lack of faith or trust
- Victim consciousness
- Core issues that have never been dealt with
These are just a few possible sources fears may have sprouted from.
Know that you may never be able to pinpoint exactly where your fear came from however, you can most certainly work through these triggers and lead a productive and happier life.
Suggested Solutions:
- Past Life Regression
- Hypnotherapy
- Therapy
- Soul Retrieval
- Meditation
- Soul Coaching
- Redirecting your thoughts and reprogramming them at the same time
- Meditation Cd's such as Kelly Howell or The Monroe Institute
- Affirmations
- Journaling
There are so many more resources, I suggest you at least try to recognize a fear, do your best to redirect the fear, and seek trusted outside help to help you work through your fears. Sometimes a lot of emotion is stirred up and it is best for someone to help keep an eye on you just in case you find yourself stuck and unable to move forward.
In my opinion, we have all come hear with our own "Bag of fears" yet we do not have to hold onto those fears forever!!
Blessings and Light,
Laurie
