A progressive style of yoga for beginners to advanced. Focus is on body awareness, balance for stretching and strengthening the core, legs, back and shoulders. It is a melding of fluid and flexible strength, mental focus, deep breathing and stability in motion. Moving you out of your head and into body and present moment. Opening the heart and chakra system. Learn the ujjayi breath that burns calories and opens you to the stillness within. Your body will be open and your mind focused and centered.
Students will need to bring a yoga mat and strap.
One hour of yoga followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation.
Every other Monday starting September 19th unless otherwise posted!
$12 in advance or $15 at the door.
Class will start at 6pm!
