Often I am asked, "What is a Spirit Portrait?" Is there something you may be questioning? For example... an angel which can be felt around you. Is there anything you are trying to bring in right now or any changes you are trying to implement? Spirit may have some ideas on how to make this easier or where energy blocks may be. As I create, all things (colors, movement of the art, placement of certain aspects of the design) which show up have some kind of relationship to and are part of the message of the client. A progressive style of yoga for beginners to advanced. Focus is on body awareness, balance for stretching and strengthening the core, legs, back and shoulders. It is a melding of fluid and flexible strength, mental focus, deep breathing and stability in motion. Moving you out of your head and into body and present moment. Opening the heart and chakra system. Learn the ujjayi breath that burns calories and opens you to the stillness within. Your body will be open and your mind focused and centered.

Students will need to bring a yoga mat and strap.

One hour of yoga followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation.

Happy New Year! The New Year is always a great reminder that we can always start over and refocus our intentions and energy. Alan Arcieri was a very special teacher in my life and I know he touched many lives and helping others was his passion. He passed away on December 11th. He will be greatly missed.

We have 4 different readers to choose from, their services include: mediumship, pet psychic, tarot readings, astrology and medical intuitive. Readings are $20/20min. We also have Reiki sessions available for $25/25 min, as well as the Foot Detox Bath $25 1/2hr.

Goddess Wax Interpretation

Last night at our Gaia Goddess gathering we worked on an intention.
The candle did finish burning very quickly once relit today. The wax went to 3 simple drips on the NE, E and W directions like a blooming flower. Those ladies who were sitting in those spots may see this as resistance to the intention. There was a spot were the wick burnt out and came to rest in the direction of the SW which looked like the stem to the flower. The N, and S spots were empty, clear of resistance. The path to our intention in my opinion holds the most energy to be utilized from the North & South directions, which would be our physical body & our
connection to spirit. Ladies, take those baths, exercise, do those things to nurture yourselves to bring forth that intention!
